18 x 18 inches.  Sold with pillow inserts. Pateh is an ancient form of needlework done by few embroiderers today.  These labor-intensive pieces  are hand embroidered by Becret believers in the Middle East.  Intricate and fine stitching create an unusual and rare artform.
